A weighted blanket benefits the user in various academically & clinically studied ways. For instance, the most common reasons to order a weighted blanket today are:
- Reduced time-to-sleep (significantly faster as compared to a normal blanket/duvet)
- Improved depth & length of restorative sleep cycle phases (longer REM sleep)
- Stress/anxiety relieving properties (pressure subsequently provides a sense of warmth, safety, & comfort)
- Sensory benefits (dotted silky texture of our cover is especially effective for autism)
- Improves mood & energy levels (boosts melatonin & oxytocin , resulting in better sleep & mood stabilization)
Each person’s individual sleep needs vary, however, 15 lb (full/twin) & 25 lb (queen/king) blankets are our recommendations for best results. Between our temperature-regulating silky-feel bamboo weighted blanket and the plush-feel dotted duvet cover, our best-in-class weighted blankets are ready to lull you to restorative rest.

I recently purchased a bamboo weighted blanket, and I must say, it’s been a game-changer in my quest for better sleep. I rate it a solid four stars for several reasons.
Firstly, the material is exceptional. Made from bamboo, it boasts a silky smooth texture that feels incredibly luxurious against the skin. It’s the kind of softness that you just want to sink into after a long day.
One of the standout features of this blanket is its weight. Despite being a weighted blanket, it doesn’t feel overly heavy. It provides just the right amount of pressure to promote relaxation and ease anxiety without feeling suffocating. This aspect has significantly contributed to the improvement of my sleep quality.
However, while the blanket itself is exceptional, I do have one minor gripeāthe carrying bag. As someone who likes to take my weighted blanket with me on trips or outings for comfort, I find the provided bag lacking. It would be great to have a sturdier and more durable bag that not only protects the blanket but also adds convenience when transporting it. A better bag would certainly enhance the overall experience and practicality of using this blanket on the go.
