In case you’re on the fence about whether a weighted blanket is for you, we offer a risk-free 60-day comfort guarantee. Take 60 days from the date of delivery to sleep on it — literally!
If for any reason you feel your weighted blanket isn’t for you, simply file a return request from My Account -> Orders. Upon approval, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label.
Please include the RMA number in or on the box so we may locate & process your return as promptly as possible.
Please do not ship any product back until you have received the RMA number. Items shipped without an RMA number are returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Once packaged securely, please ship the item using the prepaid return label within 14 days of issuance.
All returned items must be received in new or like-new condition with the original packaging. Items received in damaged or dirty condition will be refused & returned to sender at sender’s expense, or will be subject to restocking fees & shipping cost deductions.
Shipping Policies
While we strive for same day shipping all orders placed before 11AM Pacific time, we guarantee shipment of all in stock orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Free shipping is defined as “best way” shipping, selected by InfiniteComforts.com as the shipper. Typically service will be delivered as FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Shipping services include a tracking number. We ship with signature service requested, so please be available to receive your item.
Generally, free shipping times range from 3-7 days to anywhere in the continental U.S. once picked up by the carrier. Expedited shipping options up to two day shipping are available at the customer’s expense, however, processing times cannot be expedited.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to unavoidable delays by the carrier due to weather, shipment volume, and other inevitable situations.
At this time, the InfiniteComforts.com website only ships within the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, & Alaska. Please contact us at cs@infinitecomforts.com for quotes on internationally shipped orders or orders shipped to U.S. territories.
